By accessing and using TalkOptions.com ("Platform") and its associated CRM, AI tools, and VoIP telecommunications infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all usage of the Platform.

2. SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS from Talk Options, you agree to receive conversational and transactional messages related to your requests and services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP at any time. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@talkoptions.com.

3. AI Operator and Call Recording Policies

If you utilize the Talk Options AI Call Operator or call recording capabilities, it is exclusively your legal responsibility to ensure you are complying with two-party or single-party consent recording laws applicable in the states/jurisdictions in which your callers reside.

4. Service Availability & Modification

We strive for a 99.9% uptime, however the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Talk Options is not liable for indirect losses of revenue caused by temporary downtime, AI processing latency, or upstream telephony carrier outages.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. Following termination, all associated data may be securely deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
